The sleeping photoshoot

When you have small children, sleep is extra important. We let the mother of young children, Hannah, test our brand new bed, the IntelliGel Deluxe, for one night. See how she experienced the bed, and if she managed to sleep in the studio.

Svane® IntelliGel®

IntelliGel is a unique material that adjusts to how you sleep, leaving you refreshed and ready for a new day – no matter what kind of body you have.

Comfort made for you

IntelliGel supports and yields in exactly the right places. This reduces strain on your body and gives you a deeper sleep.

For cool nights

IntelliGel’s unique cell structure allows air to flow freely, so you can sleep soundly without getting clammy or sweaty.

Uninterrupted sleep

IntelliGel manages to reduce the feeling of any movement in the mattress, so that you don't wake up as easily if your partner moves.

Made in Norway

Ekornes is proud to qualify for Norway's official origin label, Made in Norway, for Svane mattresses with IntelliGel. It represents a promise of Norwegian origin and future Norwegian value creation – a natural continuation of our long experience in mattress production, dating back to 1937.

Choose the level of firmness for your home bed.

Perhaps you and your partner aren't entirely in agreement about which firmness level is best for the bed? A bed from Svane offers you more options to adjust the firmness level on your side of the bed.

History

In 1937, Ekornes launched the first Norwegian furniture production trademark: Svane. It's a long way from Svane in 1937 to today, but people's trust in the brand remains equally strong.
